The largest state inside Nojo, the Yomizuki Shogunate is the capital of the Nojoan High Empire.

Due to the rumors of Vampires and Vermin activity in the Eastern Continent, the Nojoan High Emperor has relocated to Yomizuki and enacted Sakoku, closing off all borders and only allowing the Romny kingdom to trade with them thanks to their good diplomatic relations.
