Arbort is a Vampire affiliated with the Vultures.
Hirohiko's right hand man, Arbort is tasked with "keeping the cattle", so to speak.
He is responsible for finding and procuring humans for consumption and managing the supply of blood throughout Hirohiko's kingdom.
Background
Arbort was born into royalty in a small duchy in the Romny Kingdom, to parents Arbort Rogaczewski I and Lyudmilla Rogaczewski.
He had the regular silver spoon upbringing, a royal education, fine meals, all his wants and needs met with no questions asked.
Growing up conceited, spoiled, and arrogant, he never knew hardship and was taught to rule just as his father had, relentlessly and without mercy.
After his parents' passing, he stripped them from the history books of his land, claiming his father's title and name, just as his father had thought him, and taking his sister as a bride.
A truly vile human, there was no question as to what kind of rule he would have over the land.
During Hirohiko's conquest, Arbort welcomed him with open arms, practically handing over the rule of his land to him, gathering up the poor peasants under his rule and giving them to Hirohiko as an offering, for he knew what vampires were, and he knew there was a chance Hirohiko could turn him into one.
Hirohiko, knowing that anyone turned by him would be shackled to his chains, decided it would be good practice to try and turn Arbort into a fully-fledged vampire.
Now with his right-hand man in tow, Hirohiko had all he needed for utter domination.
